Förbehåll för text- och datautvinning

Allt innehåll på Socionomens webbplats inklusive text, grafik, bilder, webbdesign, film, ljud och annat innehåll är skyddat genom lagen om upphovsrätt (1960:729) (”härefter upphovsrättslagen”), både vad avser upphovsrätten som dess närstående rättigheter. Socionomen förbehåller sig alla rättigheter till innehållet, inklusive rätten att använda innehållet och presspublikationen för text- och datautvinning i enlighet med 15a § upphovsrättslagen och artikel 4 i upphovsrättsdirektivet.

Det är inte tillåtet att använda och inte heller att underlätta eller tillåta användningen av webbplatserna och/eller något innehåll för något ändamål utan föregående skriftligt godkännande, detta inkluderar bland annat men är inte begränsat till, scraping av innehållet eller reproduktion, ändring, insamling eller extraktion av innehållet för text- och dataaggregering, analys eller utvinning eller kommersiellt bruk. Tillstånd för scraping och indexering av en webbplats kan dock lämnas för införande i en sökmotor genom att det uttryckligen har godkänts genom våra tekniska anvisningar eller liknande specifikationer som tillhandahålls av oss. All form av scraping och indexering som inte är uttryckligen tillåten genom våra tekniska anvisningar eller specifikationer är strängt förbjuden.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra dessa villkor från tid till annan genom att publicera uppdaterade villkor på arkitekten.se som träder i kraft och ersätter tidigare villkor med verkan från publiceringen.

All content on the websites of Socionomen, including text, graphics, images, web design, film, sound and other content, is protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729) (hereinafter ”the Copyright Act”), both in terms of copyright and related rights. Socionomen reserves all rights to the content, including the right to use the content and the press publication for text and data extraction in accordance with Section 15a of the Copyright Act and Article 4 of the Copyright Directive.

You may not use, nor may you facilitate or authorize the use of, the websites and/or any content for any purpose without prior written permission, including, but not limited to, scraping the content or reproducing, modifying, collecting or extracting the content for text and data aggregation, analysis or extraction or commercial use. However, permission for website scraping and indexing may be granted for inclusion in a search engine provided that such authorization has been made explicitly by us through our technical instructions or similar specifications. Any form of scraping and indexing not expressly authorized by our technical instructions or specifications is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing updated terms and conditions on arkitekten.se, which will come into force and replace previous terms and conditions with effect from publication.
